1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ritaco's GetYourGuide supplier onboarding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. Ritaco specializes in creating and validating GetYourGuide supplier accounts, particularly for restricted regions.

2. Description of Services

Ritaco provides professional GetYourGuide supplier account creation and onboarding services through a transparent 3-step milestone process:

  • Step 1 ($250): Integration slot reservation and expert consultation with personalized document checklist
  • Step 2 ($250): GetYourGuide supplier account creation, document submission, and communication with GetYourGuide until account approval
  • Step 3 ($250): Creation and publication of your first professionally optimized activity listing with SEO title, descriptions, photos, and pricing policies

Total service cost: $750. We act as intermediaries between tour operators and GetYourGuide, managing the entire integration process professionally and transparently, with direct communication with GetYourGuide's support and compliance teams.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The milestone payment structure protects clients by ensuring payment only after confirming successful completion of each step:

  • Step 1: $250 payable upon booking your integration slot (non-refundable as it covers consultation work performed immediately)
  • Step 2: $250 payable only after you verify and test your live GetYourGuide supplier account
  • Step 3: $250 payable only after you confirm your activity listing is live and satisfactory

After each payment, you must send your Stripe receipt via WhatsApp (+447591225659) to confirm and begin the next step. This ensures immediate processing without delays. There are no hidden fees, no recurring costs, and no additional charges beyond the $750 total.

4. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Step 1 is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances. The $250 Step 1 fee covers professional consultation work and case analysis performed immediately after payment, regardless of whether you proceed to subsequent steps. This work includes eligibility assessment, personalized checklist creation, and expert consultation specific to your situation.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of a verified and functional GetYourGuide supplier account based on our consultation process and expertise. If we fail to open your account while correctly following our own process, you will not be charged for Steps 2 and 3, limiting your financial risk to the Step 1 consultation fee ($250).

If GetYourGuide rejects your account, we diagnose the reason immediately by communicating with their compliance team, identify specific issues, and resubmit your application without additional charges as many times as necessary until approval or until it's clear approval is not possible due to factors beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing all required documents as specified in your personalized checklist from Step 1
  • Ensuring all documents are clear, legible, and in the correct format (PDF, JPG, or PNG)
  • Responding to our requests and GetYourGuide's requests in a timely manner
  • Providing authentic photos of your actual activities (not stock photos)
  • Having a registered business entity (tour operator, travel agency, or licensed independent guide)
  • Cooperating in providing additional documents or clarifications if requested during the approval process

Generally required documents include: business registration or commercial license, tax identification number (TIN) or VAT certificate, valid passport or national ID of legal representative, recent proof of business address, official bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT/BIC), bank statement or stamped letter, professional activity photos (5-10 high-quality images), company logo, business and activity descriptions, cancellation policy, professional email address, and social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram).

6. Timeline and Completion

The average timeline for the complete process is approximately 60 days from start to finish. This timeline varies based on:

  • How quickly you prepare required documents after Step 1
  • The complexity of your case and geographic location
  • GetYourGuide's response time (varies based on their workload)
  • Whether additional documents or clarifications are needed

GetYourGuide performs thorough verification of each new supplier to maintain platform quality. For restricted regions, additional compliance checks are often necessary. We manage this process proactively and follow up regularly with GetYourGuide to minimize delays. You receive a more precise personalized estimate during your Step 1 consultation.

7. Restricted Regions Expertise

A restricted region is a country or geographic area where GetYourGuide limits or complicates direct supplier registrations due to compliance concerns, specific regulatory requirements, high volumes of past fraudulent requests, or internal GetYourGuide policies. Restricted regions often include certain countries in North Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and other emerging markets.

We do not "bypass" restrictions fraudulently or contrary to GetYourGuide policies. Instead, we use our expertise and relationships with GetYourGuide to present your case in the most professional and compliant manner possible. We know exactly which documents, information, and presentation type GetYourGuide expects from suppliers in restricted regions. Our high success rate comes from this deep knowledge and direct communication with their compliance team.

We have successfully helped clients from Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan, Senegal, and other North African and Middle Eastern countries. Once your account is approved, it functions exactly like any other GetYourGuide supplier account with no special limitations or restrictions on features. You have access to all the same capabilities, tools, and opportunities as suppliers from other regions.

8. Post-Integration Support

After Step 3 completion, you receive a comprehensive guide on managing documents and payments, plus a final integration checklist. You will have full access to your GetYourGuide supplier account and can independently manage bookings, communications, and listings.

While our primary service covers account creation and the first listing, we remain available for questions and basic support via WhatsApp. Additional listing creation or ongoing management services can be discussed separately if needed.

9. Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel after paying Step 1. The $250 Step 1 fee covers professional consultation and case analysis work performed immediately after payment and is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances. However, you are never obligated to continue with Steps 2 and 3. You can stop the process after Step 1 without paying for subsequent steps.

If at any time you are not satisfied with our work, you can choose not to continue, and you will not be charged for remaining steps. We are committed to delivering quality service at each milestone.

10. Slot Reservation System

We limit the number of integrations we accept each month to guarantee high service quality and personalized attention for each client. Slot reservation is completely free and without commitment. It simply secures your place in the next integration cycle. You pay nothing until you decide to proceed with Step 1 ($250).

If you reserve a slot but are not ready to start, contact us via WhatsApp. We can usually postpone your slot to the next cycle, depending on availability. We understand circumstances can change and try to be flexible with our clients.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of Step 3 and full payment, you own all rights to your GetYourGuide supplier account and activity listings created. The account credentials, business information, and listings belong entirely to you. Ritaco retains no ownership over your account or content.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ritaco shall not be liable for any damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: GetYourGuide policy changes, international sanctions affecting certain countries, client-provided false or misleading information, or client failure to maintain account compliance after handover.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client ($750 or the specific steps paid). We are not responsible for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect damages.

13. Legitimacy and Compliance

Ritaco is a legitimate business operating in compliance with applicable laws. All payments are processed via Stripe, a secure and regulated payment platform, ensuring transparency and security of all transactions. We operate professionally and ethically in all engagements with clients and with GetYourGuide.

We work within GetYourGuide's policies as professional consultants and communicate directly with their support and compliance teams to submit client cases transparently and in compliance with their requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

15. Changes to Terms

Ritaco reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website (ritaco.net). Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
